If your merchandise is received damaged or defective, you will receive a full refund or replacement once the item is returned.
Should you choose to return an item for any other reason; you will receive a refund for the sell price only.

Delivered by freight and includes uncrating, not installation or hookup. The
original carton will not be removed. If the item has to be returned the
product needs to be in the original carton. Item can be shipped only to a CONUS address. Order must include recipient's street address (no P.O. Box or General Delivery address) and daytime phone number. A delivery agent will be in contact to schedule delivery date and time.
How to Handle Shipping Damage:
We strongly suggest that you inspect your product(s)
thoroughly before accepting and signing for them. Check both the internal and external condition of the product as concealed damage can exist even though the packaging is intact and proper. If you observe any damage to the merchandise, refuse the product and note the reasons of refusal on the bill of lading. Upon receipt of your product(s) merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of the date of receipt of merchandise. The product needs to be in the original box along with packing materials, manuals and accessories.
