Effective 20 January 2004, the Exchange Online Store implemented a New Shipping Policy. Standard Shipping Fee Customers will be charged a $4.95 standard shipping fee on all catalog and internet orders less than $49. However, the new policy offers several opportunities for the customers to receive FREE standard shipping, to include: - FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders totaling $49.00 or more
- FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders that contain at least one MCSS item
- FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders purchased with the MILITARYSTAR Card*
- FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders shipping to a deployed area (such as OIF/OEF, Bosnia, Kosovo)
Standard Shipping Fee Refund: If customer returns an item due to an error on our part, for example incorrect item, damaged or defective, we will reimburse the customer for standard shipping charges. Please see Returns & Adjustments for complete details.
Delivery cannot be made to a foreign civilian address. Oversized Shipping & Handling Fee
Oversized items, such as furniture, major appliances, large electronics, aerobic equipment, home gyms and swimming pools, will incur an oversized shipping & handling fee ranging from $25-$200, depending on the item. Shipping & Handling Fees will be applied to all oversized items. This additional fee can be easily identified by a black ''
S/H'' located after the sell price.
